Welcome to Host Niki. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
- “Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Host Niki” refers to Host Niki, operator of Host Niki, located at Belur, Howrah, West Bengal, India.
- “Client” / “You” / “User” refers to the person or organization purchasing or using services from Host Niki.
- “Services” refers to all hosting, domain, email, VPS, SSL, and other IT-related services provided by Host Niki.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account through our client area (https://clients.hostniki.com). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Service Usage
- Services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly, annually, etc.).
- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to host, store, or transmit any illegal content.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Payment and Billing
- All prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
- Invoices are generated via WHMCS (clients.hostniki.com) and must be paid before service activation or renewal.
- Late payments may result in service suspension and potential data loss. Re-activation fees may apply.
- We may revise pricing with prior notice. Continued use after notice implies acceptance.
5. Domain Services
- Domain registration/renewals are subject to availability and registrar rules (e.g., NIXI or ICANN).
- You are responsible for ensuring timely domain renewals. We are not liable for expired or lost domains.
- WHOIS information must be kept accurate. Failing to do so can result in domain suspension.
6. VPS and Shared Hosting Terms
- Root VPS clients are responsible for managing their servers unless a managed plan is purchased.
- Shared hosting clients must not overload resources. Excessive usage may lead to suspension or upgrade recommendation.
- Backups are the client’s responsibility. While we may provide backups, we do not guarantee availability or integrity.
7. Service Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following conditions:
- Non-payment or repeated payment failures.
- Violation of Acceptable Use Policy or applicable laws.
- Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users.
- Use of hosting for phishing, spamming, malware, illegal downloads, or hacking tools.
8. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable to first-time hosting purchases within 7 days (subject to eligibility).
- Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed.
- VPS, SSLs, and other licenses are non-refundable unless specified explicitly.
- No refunds for abuse, policy violations, or misuse of services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Host Niki shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, data loss, business interruption, or security breaches. Our total liability under any circumstance will not exceed the fees paid by you for the current billing cycle.

Support is available for active services only. Root server management, website development, or third-party scripts are not included in free support unless specified.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, service designs, logos, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of Host Niki. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written consent.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, war, cyberattacks, or internet disruptions.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Howrah, West Bengal, India.
14. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time with notice via email or on our website. Continued use of services after changes indicates your agreement to the updated terms.
