At Host Niki, we strive to provide high-quality hosting solutions that meet your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

1. 15-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on select hosting services for new customers. This refund policy applies only to:

Shared Hosting Plans
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
Dedicated Servers

If you cancel your eligible hosting service within 15 days of the initial purchase, you may request a full refund, subject to the terms below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

Domain Registrations, Renewals, and Transfers
SSL Certificates
Email Hosting Services
Software Licenses (e.g., cPanel, Webuzo, Softaculous, etc.)
Add-ons and One-time Setup Fees

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

The refund request must be submitted within 15 days of the initial order date.
Refunds are available to new customers only. Renewals and existing clients upgrading services are not eligible.
Refunds are not applicable if the account has been suspended or terminated due to abuse, policy violations, or non-compliance with our Terms.
All refund requests must be submitted via support ticket in the client area (https://clients.hostniki.com).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Partial Refunds & Prorated Billing

We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time or services if the refund request is made after the 15-day window.

5. Cancellations

If you do not wish to renew your service, you must cancel it manually from the client area or contact our support team before the renewal due date to avoid automatic billing.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future services. Always contact support to resolve billing issues.
